Stats not counting

I’ve played for about 10 hours and I’ve been several duel matches now, however, I do not level up.

Showed stats are:

K/DR : 3.83

Wins : 4

Loses : 0

MMR : 572

Every game I win or lose is not counted and I do not gain XP.

I asked myself why i had 4 wins if none of my stats are counting and realized that every 1st game i play when i open the game is counted (XP, kills, win or lose)

Hope that helps fix the issue
