Hear me out:
I love this game, and it has insane potential to blow up (look at like any tiktok of it blowing up), but the fact that the current daily player base is less than 100, and it costs $13 deters many new buyers (most sweats that would love to dominate a game like this are grimy and broke). I have so many friends that see my clips or me playing it and want to download, but don't because of the exact reason I just described. In my small circle of like 8 online friends, if 5 of them have had this conclusion, just imagine what how many new players would come from other places if the game was free to play.
My recommendation, be cringe and make a battle pass (or a variation of microtransactions), or even just crank out more skins and make a larger shop (i like this idea way more). People love skins, and the skins you've created are sick (raven!!! (others too duh)).
Another approach is to make the game free to play until its poppin, call it an open beta, then start charging again when its popular and there is demand.
