Arrows not doing damage?????

This is a server issue, there's no lag compensation and so no regs (i.e. when the game doesn't to register your shot on a target) can occur and tend to occur more frequently on higher ping.
Quote from Dids 18/04/2021 - "No regs issue seem to be a server related issue at the moment as all projectiles are server side and not client atm."
Rough example of lag compensation explained by Dids:
Adding lag compensation means big server side changes and probably wont be added for a while unfortunately
